Is there a cost to employers?

No. Employer support through Connect to Work is provided at no cost. It is completely funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.

What size organisation can take part?

We work with employers of all sizes, from sole traders and SMEs to large organisations and public sector employers.

Do I have to change my recruitment process?

No. You remain in control of your recruitment and selection procedures. We simply provide additional support and candidate matching.

Can you support existing employees?

Yes. We may be able to assist where an employee is experiencing challenges that could affect their ability to remain in work. They can self-refer or you are able to refer on their behalf with their consent. Click here for our registration form.

What support is available after recruitment?

Our team can provide continued on the job support to both the employee and employer to help ensure a positive and sustainable employment outcome.

Isn't it expensive to make workplace adjustments?

No. You don't need to be an expert. Our team can provide guidance, advice and practical support to help you feel confident throughout the recruitment and employment journey.
