Adult Tailored Learning (ATL) is designed to support eligible adults from all backgrounds to develop the skills, confidence, motivation, and resilience they need to progress into employment, further training, or change career. Our courses are practical, supportive, and tailored to meet learners where they are – no matter their starting point.

Who is Adult Tailored Learning for?

ATL courses are free of charge for eligible learners aged 19 and over. Our courses are available to individuals who may face barriers to education or employment, including:

Unemployed adults looking to improve their job prospects
Low-income earners who may not be able to afford traditional education
Eligible adults with disabilities requiring tailored or additional learning support
Eligible parents and carers who need flexible learning options
Eligible older adults seeking to upskill, reskill, or return to learning

I enrolled on the fundraising essentials course to strengthen my understanding of different funding pathways
