Place, Train and Maintain
Connect to Work will run in Hampshire until 2030, helping thousands of residents into sustainable competitive employment.
Using the 'Place, Train and Maintain' model, Connect to Work offers:
- Individualised, one-to-one support tailored to each participant's needs
- Up to 12 months of personalised support
- In-work support for participants and employers to help people stay in work
- Sustainable employment outcomes through ongoing support for both residents and employer
